In the Nick of July

Hey Reader!

Comin at you just in the nick of July. :)

If I allowed myself two uninterrupted hours, I could fill this newsletter with all the goings-on of July and the many thoughts I've been eager to share with you. But I don't have two uninterrupted hours this morning.

I mentioned last month that CW and I are prayerfully planning a giving strategy for The Seed Song. I'm eager to share our heart with you regarding this, but as we still don't have all the details pegged out, today I want to share something equally exciting with you!

You'll recall that I was asking for social media shares in exchange for entries into a Seed Song Planting Party give-away. Well, I have been keeping track, and WOWSA - y'all have been amazing. I'm genuinely touched by the support you've given by spreading the word about The Seed Song! We have not spun the random spinner thingy yet (which means there's probably still time if you want to get your name on the spinner), but as we were collecting names and tallies, I realized that one of my local friends, Miriam, is a teacher and was actually "sharing" with the hope of winning the party for her students.

What can I say? This is all about the kiddos, you know? The Seed Song is all about the kiddos - about helping them to see their potential and the importance of how they speak to themselves and each another. So why not? Every good plan needs a guinea pig anyway, right?

Miriam has graciously agreed to host me for a Seed Song Planting Party with her new students in September! We are eagerly underway, planning the party for Miriam's students. I cannot tell you how excited I am for our first ever Seed Song Planting Party!

In the meantime, enjoy a few pictures of my July, and go ahead and order your copy of The Seed Song by clicking the big green button below. :)

The Seed Song; Lilacs, Belonging, and Rooted; Blueberries; Rocks Little Lady painted to look like ladybugs for her aunt; and my very first home-grown cayenne pepper (yowsa!).

From my heart to yours,

Sarah
