One Week Left!

Hey Reader!

I'm so excited! Only one week until we release The Seed Song! I'll admit, I have loved this story (and song) from the start, but the amazing illustrator, Hiru Kariyawasam, really brought this project to life. Her exquisite watercolor is meticulously detailed and captures my lovely Momma Heidi. I'm just so excited. I cannot wait for you to have a copy!

My mom sang to her plants. She spoke to them, sang to them, preached the gospel to them, confided in them - there was nothing my mom wouldn't share with her plants. They were her "other babies." This is where the story of The Seed Song originated. This is where the song itself originated.

It's no secret that I'm a singer-to-creation, as well. I guess I get it from my Momma. ;) My poor neighbors. Every time I'm out in the yard, I'm singing to something. The daisies. The irises. The snap peas. The potatoes. The creeping charlies. All of it. I'm singin' like they're hangin' on each note!

Earlier this week, I turned off the lights on my kitchen plants, and said, "Goodnight, guys! Keep going! Keep growing!" And Little Lady answered, "Let's sing The Seed Song!" So we did. We sang The Seed Song to our kitchen plants.

Yesterday, CW and Little Lady were in the basement, tending to our ever bigger-britch-ening tomato and pepper plants, and from my office, I heard Little Lady's beautiful voice ringing out, "Grow, Seed! Grow, Seed! Grow, grow, Little Seed!"

The Seed Song will be available June 5 for paperback and kindle. Keep watching for opportunities to share on Facebook and Instagram - and remember, every "share" will enter your name (again!) into a drawing to win a Seed Song Planting Party!

While you're waiting, if you're interested, you can take a peek-see at the sheet music for The Seed Song by clicking the link below. (Note, if you share the link below on your FB or IG, that'll get you another entry into the drawing, also!)

Getting excited!!!!!!

And hey - if you know of someone, a person, a teacher, a church, etc., who might want a copy of this book, reply to this email and let me know, or forward this email and let them know.

Blessings from me and mine to you and yours.

Sarah
